Neurodiversity
… is diversity, because no two brains are the same.
We are all much more different in the way we think, feel and perceive than we realize. Therefore, neurodiversity affects all people.
Neurodivergence
… means being different.
This is what people with autism, ADHD or another neurodivergent spectrum experience. This brings with it both talents and challenges.
The Neurodiversity Movement no longer sees neurobiological peculiarities as a disease, but as part of the natural spectrum of being human.
The art of living
… is the art of living well in a different way.
The path to this goal must be individual and often completely reinvented.
